How do I Add Items to my Basket?
When you find a product you like to purchase, enter the quantity you would like to order and click the "Add to Basket" button to add the product(s) to your shopping cart. The product(s) will be added, you will be taken to the basket screen and from here have the option to purchase more of this item, continue shopping, or checkout.
You may view your basket at anytime by clicking on "Basket Contents" in the Mini Basket Display on the left hand menu, by clicking "Basket" on the top menu, or by clicking "Basket" on the bottom of the page.
When you view your basket you can change product quantities or remove items.
When you are completely satisfied with your order, click "Checkout" to begin the checkout process. This will take you to our secure server where you can enter your payment and shipping information. All transactions are encrypted for your security.

How do I Place an Order?
Orders can be placed by using our secure on-line shopping basket. You have the option to Sign In if you already have an account, create a new account, or place the order without an account. Enter your payment information, and shipping information. You will then be asked to confirm your order and a copy of the invoice will be sent to your email address.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
All orders are processed within 2 business days upon receipt. If you wish to cancel your order, email us at orders@bestedusource.com ASAP with "Order Cancellation" and your order Number in the subject line.
If your order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return.

Shipping & Returns
What Shipping Methods do you Offer?
For shipping orders we have three options available. You can select regular, priority and express shipping options. Rates and shipping times are explained on our Shipping Information Page. We will only ship orders that are complete...if you wish for items to be shipped separately when available, separate shipping charges will apply.
Best Edu Source will not be liable for any packages that arrive late due to shipping problems that arise with our couriers or other disasters like war, terrorism attacks, or "Acts of God" such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, snow storms, etc. We offer pickup options for those in the San Jose, CA and surrounding area. Please select this option during checkout. You will be contacted by email to arrange a pick-up time when your order is processed.
