Return Policies:
At Best Edu Source we are proud to offer the very best products for your purchases. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by e-mail at orders@bestedusource.com within 30 days of order for a return authorization number.
Only unopened and original condition items can be returned for full refund of the price. Shipping and handling charges will not be returned unless we sent you the wrong product(s). Return shipping is customer's responsibility.
Include RMA number and original invoice in the return package.
We should receive the returned items within 15 days of issuing return authorization number. We will not accept returns after that.
Understandably, please note that shipping charges are not refundable. A 15% restocking fee may apply on some orders.
Unauthorized returns and refused orders will not be accepted for refunds.
Please pack all items unused, in their original condition, in their original packing and with the original invoice/packaging slip and return authorization number, and return at the return address below, shipping pre-paid by you.
Upon receipt of the products, we will credit you for the merchandise only. Products damaged during return shipping, will not be refunded. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.
